40g / 1½ oz porridge oats

75ml / 3fl oz whole milk

125ml Neutral or Vanilla Fortisip or 1 (125ml) bottle Fortisip Compact

To Serve

1-2 tbsp runny honey

1 small banana mashed to a purée with a fork

1-2 tsp sugar/ sweetener

Method / Preparation

1. Place porridge oats and milk in a medium sized saucepan. Heat gently for 1 minute, stirring constantly to make a thick paste.

2. Stir in the Fortisip, a little at a time to make a smooth porridge. Bring to simmering point and remove from heat immediately.

3. Place porridge in a bowl, stir in honey and banana and top with a sprinkling of sugar.

Fortisip Compact (mocha flavour)

25ml Irish Cream liqueur* (e.g. Baileys)

Crushed ice


Mix the Fortisip Compact and Irish Cream

liqueur together and pour into a glass over

crushed ice.
